I build desktop and web apps, including web apps that work well on phones and can be added to the home screen. If you need an app in the App Store or Google Play, tell me what it should do and I'll say honestly whether I'm the right fit.
After a short call I send a fixed quote in writing, with the scope and timeline. You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch, and the first 30 days of fixes are included.

It only answers from information you approve, and you check it before launch. If it isn't sure, or the question is about a specific booking or refund, it refers the customer to you.
You do. Once the project is paid for, the code and accounts are yours, set up in your name.
